A' Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards 2026 celebrates exceptional craftsmanship, handmade creations and innovative artisan design worldwide.

The A' International Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards is a two-phase competition. Participation begins with a complimentary preliminary evaluation of handmade, craft and artisan design projects, Artisan Designers, Handmade Artists, Craftsman, Craft Product Designers, Artisan Brands, Artisan Manufacturers, Textile Artists, Glass Artists, Metalworkers, Ceramicists, Woodworkers, Jewelry Designers, Leatherworkers, Fiber Artists, Artist Workshops, Artisan Innovation, Consultancy, Research and Development Companies can register at A' Design Awards to submit a work for the Artisan Awards, and get a preliminary score for their work. Projects that pass the preliminaries can proceed with nomination, however it shall be noted in advance that there is a nominal fee for nominating entries for Artisan Awards consideration.

The A' Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards recognize excellence in handcrafted objects, traditional craftsmanship and contemporary artisan design. From ceramics, glass and textiles to woodworking, metalwork, jewelry and leathercraft, the competition celebrates creative works that combine skilled making, material knowledge and cultural expression. Entries are evaluated anonymously by an international jury of designers, artists, craftsmen, artisans, material specialists and creative professionals, ensuring recognition is based on craftsmanship, originality, material exploration, technical skill, functionality, cultural value and design excellence.

Artisan Awards Timeline & Eligibility
Deadline for entries to A' Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards is on September 30, 2026. Results of the A' Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards will be announced on May 1, 2027. Professional-edition laureates of the A' Handmade, Crafts and Artisan Design Awards will be granted the highly coveted A’ Design Prize which contains a series of PR, marketing and publicity tools to celebrate the status of winning the Artisan Awards.
