Survey by Share Lawyers Reveals Client Insights

, Toronto’s leading disability law firm, revealed the findings of a survey showing why some clients opt out of pursuing legal action against their insurance company over denied Long-Term Disability benefits. The findings point to the misunderstanding of this valuable legal process and its impact. “It’s important to gain insight into why so many people choose not to fight,” said Share Lawyers President David Share. “Most often, it’s in their best interest to seek legal counsel.” The findings show that many are apprehensive about legal representation. Lipetsk Agro in Russia: 200 kg of cucumbers per square meter

Over the past few years, Lipetsk Agro in Russia has invested heavily in technology. They use Kubo Ultra-Clima greenhouses and Gavita lighting fixtures to realize record yields. At their Lipetsk production location Lipetsk Agro grows under 230W of HPS per square meter, which is a very high intensity for cucumbers. Dmitry Lashin, Chairman of the board of directors, explains: “We see a direct, linear correlation between light levels and yield. Instead of building larger greenhouses we use higher light levels. The Kubo Ultra-Clima greenhouses enable us to maintain a perfect climate.” Lipetsk Agro also grows tomatoes. The total complex is now 40 hectares, of which 20 are used for cucumbers, 8,5 for tomatoes and the rest for propagation and facilities.
